What’s covered

Bed frames & bases

5-year guarantee on the frame and base structure against manufacturing defects.

Mattresses

5-year guarantee against manufacturing faults, including broken or protruding springs.

Drawers & ottoman lifts

Drawer runners, gas-lift mechanisms and fittings are covered for manufacturing faults.

Headboards & upholstery

Stitching, seams and headboard construction are covered against manufacturing defects.

Our guarantee is in addition to your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

What’s not covered

  • Normal wear and tear, including natural softening of fillings and fabric pile changes on velvet.
  • Body impressions in a mattress of less than 3 cm – these are a normal part of fillings settling.
  • Damage caused by misuse, accidents, pets, spills, stains or standing/jumping on the bed.
  • Using a mattress on an unsuitable base (e.g. slats more than 7 cm apart) or not rotating it as advised.
  • Fabric fading from direct sunlight, or slight shade differences between batches.
  • Items that have been altered, repaired by someone else, or used commercially.

How to make a claim

  1. Contact us with your order number, a short description of the problem and clear photos.
  2. We review it – usually within 2 working days – and may ask a few questions or arrange an inspection.
  3. We put it right by repairing or replacing the affected part or product, free of charge.

Please keep your order confirmation as proof of purchase.

Make it last

Rotate your mattress

Head-to-toe weekly for the first 3 months, then monthly.

Use a protector

A mattress protector keeps it fresh and protects against spills.

Let it breathe

Air your mattress for 4 hours after unwrapping and when changing bedding.

Check fittings

Tighten headboard bolts and feet every few months.
